Tomato and Fresh Basil Crostini with Feta and Roasted Garlic Cheese Spread

need an easy to make app for this weekend’s superbowl party? that’s slightly classier than say… ROTEL dip (i’m not knocking Rotel… everybody loves it, but it can get a little boring and overdone). I brought these to this past weekend’s cocktail party.

I made some with Feta and some with Goat cheese and both were De-lish!
